The Deacon's Daughter-a solipsism of our unbelief.Howard Hines masterfully exposes the many nuances of love's story, hardly ever discovered in our ordinary lives, and he compels us to speak for those characters and compel them to speak to the aps of our lives of all who wishes love to be-in love, of course. For those of us who believes, life becomes a story of love, unveiled where we extrapolate subtleties of ourselves known and forge concepts of ourselves unknown. The author of The Deacon's Daughter, Howard Hines, has masterfully crafted the aspect of love's story, revealing its duplicities of two distinct principals, where love appears sharper than any two–edged sword, with both sides capable of dividing our story asunder.Life becomes the exhilarating love story, lived but seldom told. One principal the author wishes to convey is the desire to go straight to the top, nonstop, disregarding any vows of love taken, motivated by greed, lust, and infidelity. This manages to pull our story apart at the seams. The other principal actually believes in love and being loved. Despite the adversaries, he strives to build upon this love, only to find himself pulled into a world he has not prepared himself for, based on a mistrust or loyalty deferred. He tries to sustain their love, although he finds their relation has been compromised through deceit, lies, and debauchery. Still it is a story the author strives to tell; it's thought to be attainable yet only if they can still come together in synergy to achieve a oneness worth saving. However, extraneous variables prove too much, especially when he learns he's trying to save someone that doesn't want to be saved. A must–read for those that believe in love's story, seldom revealed.
