Patty Hooper, a farmwife, has participated in many agriculture activities. Patty and her husband, as young adults just out of college, decided to fulfill their intention of owning a family farm. In 1968 they were able to put a down payment on a farm and secure a bank loan. With visions of possibilities a new beginning for a farm couple was under way.With all of their dreams and a whole lot of young ignorance they started a family farm adventure.
