If your purchase is defective, you may return it for an exchange within 30 days after the delivery date. For assistance with an exchange for a defective item, contact Customer Service here.
Items in good condition are non-returnable.
After discussing with Customer Service, you can ship the item to the Exchange Department. Print the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item shipped. Include that printout in the box and write the Exchange Number you received from Customer Service on the outside of the box. We can only process exchanges with a shipping confirmation printout and Exchange Number.
