This is the story of a border collie named Leonidas who works a small farm in Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania, with his owner Farmer Ben. One day, while feeding and counting the animals in the barn, Farmer Ben notices that one of his award-winning sheep, Snowball, has come up missing. With one look from Ben, Leo understands what he must do, and he heads out on a journey across the United States looking for the lost ewe.
