Mandy Cohen has two dogs, Bellamy and Leo. They look, play, and even smell (Ew!) like regular dogs. Or so Mandy thinks. One night, Mandy wakes up from a deep sleep in the middle of the night. So she decides to walk downstairs to her kitchen by herself, only to find her two dogs coming into the house through the backdoor dressed like superheroes, with masks and capes! Mandy is in shock when Bellamy and Leo start to talk to her.
